United Remodeling & Flooring LLC (“UNITED”, “we”) is a family-owned company in Austin, Texas. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you email us or ask for an estimate, that may include your name, email address, phone number, project address and details or photos of your project.
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect payment information.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If we add a tool that does, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Services this website uses
Like any website, these services receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads the page:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Google Fonts provides the typeface.
- jsDelivr provides the code library used for the page animations.
We use Google Workspace for email. We may keep your contact details and project notes in a customer-management system run by a service provider on our behalf.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and prepare estimates.
- To schedule and complete your project, and to send invoices.
- To follow up on warranty work.
- To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email, scheduling or accounting tools), with suppliers or subcontractors when needed for your project, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we need them for the work, the warranty and our tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email pablo@unitedbuildtx.com and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t email bank or card numbers.
Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Information on this website is general and may change. Prices, timelines and scope are confirmed only in a written estimate or contract. Photos marked as representative or as material examples are not UNITED projects.
